Slow Cooker Collard Greens

Instructions
- Add the ham hocks, onion, garlic, collards, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes, and broth to a slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 5-6 hours, stirring halfway and an hour before serving.
- Remove the ham hock and shred the meat, then return it to the slow cooker and stir.
- Add the apple cider vinegar and sugar, stir, and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve with hot sauce and cornbread or biscuits to enjoy the pot likker.
