Instructions
- Butter the bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch pan and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat, cooking until golden brown and fragrant.
- Add the marshmallows to the browned butter and stir until mostly melted.
- Stir in the vanilla and salt until combined.
- Remove from heat and add the rice krispies and butterscotch chips, stirring until evenly mixed.
- Press the mixture gently into the prepared pan and let cool before slicing into squares.
