Instructions
- Butter a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish.
- In a large stockpot over medium heat, melt the butter for about 3 minutes.
- Continue cooking the butter, stirring constantly, until it turns golden, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium low and add marshmallows, stirring until melted and smooth, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and stir in vanilla, then add the cereal and gently mix until coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down gently.
- Cool for at least 30 minutes, then cut into pieces.
