Sugar Cookie Rice Krispie Treats

The frosting

butter, softened

Instructions
- Butter a 9 x 13 dish and set it aside.
- Melt butter in a large nonstick saucepan over medium low heat and stir in salt.
- Add marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the Sugar Cookie Mix and fold in the Rice Krispies Cereal until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into the buttered dish and spread it evenly using a buttered spatula.
- Allow to cool slightly for about 2 minutes, then cut into 12 squares.
- Round the edges of the squares by cupping your hands and gently pressing on the corners.
- Frost each 'cookie' with Sugar Cookie Frosting and sprinkle with optional sprinkles.
- Store in an airtight container.
