No-Bake Peaches and Cream Dessert

Ingredients

Crust

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2-3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup butter, melted

Creamy Filling

  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 5-6 medium fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced thinly

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl, then add melted butter until moistened.
  2. Reserve 1/3 cup of the crumb mixture and press the rest into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan, then refrigerate.
  3. Beat powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Pour in cold heavy cream and mix until thick and fluffy.
  5. Spread half of the cream filling over the crust, layer sliced peaches on top, then add remaining cream filling.
  6. Sprinkle reserved graham cracker crumbs on top, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
