No-Bake Peaches and Cream Dessert

fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced thinly
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl, then add melted butter until moistened.
- Reserve 1/3 cup of the crumb mixture and press the rest into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan, then refrigerate.
- Beat powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth, then mix in vanilla.
- Pour in cold heavy cream and mix until thick and fluffy.
- Spread half of the cream filling over the crust, layer sliced peaches on top, then add remaining cream filling.
- Sprinkle reserved graham cracker crumbs on top, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
