Instructions
- Heat the peaches and reserved juice with honey, ginger, and cinnamon in a saucepan until simmering for about 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, sweetened condensed milk, nutmeg, and lemon zest.
- Prepare the serving glasses by dipping the rims in honey, then in a mixture of pistachios and brown sugar.
- Layer the peaches in the glasses, drizzle with the ricotta mixture, and top with additional pistachios.
