Ingredients

The peaches

  • 2 cans sliced peaches
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 slices fresh gingerroot
  • 1 stick cinnamon

The cream mixture

  • 16 ounces ricotta cheese
  • cup canned sweetened condensed milk
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon grated lemon zest

Garnish

  • ¼ cup pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the peaches and reserved juice with honey, ginger, and cinnamon in a saucepan until simmering for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, sweetened condensed milk, nutmeg, and lemon zest.
  3. Prepare the serving glasses by dipping the rims in honey, then in a mixture of pistachios and brown sugar.
  4. Layer the peaches in the glasses, drizzle with the ricotta mixture, and top with additional pistachios.
