Keto Chorizo Stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the chorizo in a skillet and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, green onions, and cilantro.
- Add the cooled chorizo to the mixture, leaving the grease behind.
- Wash the mushroom caps, dry them, and remove the stems.
- If necessary, scoop out some of the middle of the mushrooms.
- Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet and stuff them with the chorizo mixture.
- Add water to the bottom of the baking sheet to cover it.
- Bake the mushrooms for 20-30 minutes until browned.
- Broil for an additional 30-60 seconds for extra browning if desired.
- Carefully transfer the mushrooms to a serving platter and serve hot.
