Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all 5 main ingredients in a bowl until smooth, about 3 minutes.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie and roll into balls, placing them on the baking sheet with enough space between each.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes until the cookies are crackly and set.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt, and let cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
