Easiest Rack of Lamb

The lamb

The sauce

mayonnaise

mustard

chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, chives, mint, tarragon)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475ºF.
- Place the lamb on a parchment-lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, and herbs, then spread over the rack of lamb.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 400ºF and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
