Multigrain No Knead Country Bread

The dough

bulgur wheat

sunflower seeds

active dry yeast

Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add warm water and stir until a wet dough forms.
- Cover the bowl and let it rest in a warm place for 18 to 24 hours.
- Deflate the dough by poking and folding it, then transfer it to a loaf pan.
- Cover the pan loosely and let it rise for about 3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F; brush the top of the loaf with avocado oil and sprinkle with seeds if desired.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
