Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast, then add the seeds and combine.
- Pour in the water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 2 to 3 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and grease a loaf pan with butter, optionally coating it with seeds.
- Once the dough has risen, coat the top with olive oil and flip it over to oil the other side.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan, sprinkling with reserved seeds if desired.
- Let the dough rise again for 45 minutes to 1 hour until it has risen significantly.
- Bake the loaf for 45 minutes until the top is browned, then cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
