Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Rinse the baby carrots under cold running water, then drain and set aside.
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat the melted butter over medium heat until it turns light brown.
- Add the garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Add the carrots, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and herbs to the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes until the carrots are tender.
- Serve immediately.
