Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low-medium heat.
- Add the minced shallots and ginger, cooking for about 4 minutes.
- Stir in the brown sugar, lemon juice, and mustard, and simmer for about 6 minutes until thickened.
- Stir the sauce often while cooking, and add salt and pepper to taste.
