Instructions
- Optional: Marinate the chicken drumsticks in pickle brine for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Remove the chicken from the brine and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix baking powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken with avocado oil and then with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 8 to 12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
