Ingredients

The chicken

  • 2 pounds chicken legs

The seasoning

  • ½ tablespoon Dried Italian herb
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon bouillon powder (or salt)

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the chicken legs, then place them on a cookie sheet in a single layer and let them air-dry in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. Mix the chicken with salt and the seasoning spices.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Set the air fryer to 380°F and place the chicken legs in the basket without overcrowding.
  5. Cook the chicken legs for about 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove the chicken and toss with sauce or serve with dressing.
