Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the chicken legs, then place them on a cookie sheet in a single layer and let them air-dry in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Mix the chicken with salt and the seasoning spices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Set the air fryer to 380°F and place the chicken legs in the basket without overcrowding.
- Cook the chicken legs for about 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and toss with sauce or serve with dressing.
