Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for at least 5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels.
- Brush the chicken on all sides with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the chicken and rub it in.
- Arrange two chicken quarters in the air fryer basket, skin side down, and air fry for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and air fry for another 10-12 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 170°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Repeat the cooking steps with the remaining chicken leg quarters.
