Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes and pat the chicken dry.
- In a bowl, mix the butter, garlic, parsley, and ½ tsp of sea salt to make compound butter.
- Separate the skin from the meat on each chicken leg and place a dollop of compound butter underneath.
- Season the skin of the drumsticks with smoked paprika, black pepper, and the remaining ¼ tsp of salt.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer, skin side down, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the drumsticks and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
