Easy Chinese Chicken

The sauce

Instructions
- Combine soy sauce and water in a shallow dish and marinate the chicken for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
- Coat the marinated chicken in flour.
- Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the skillet, leaving the flavorful bits behind.
- In the same skillet, cook garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes for 30 to 60 seconds.
- Whisk in vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and water, bringing to a boil and cooking until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the chicken back to the skillet, stir to coat in the sauce, and serve warm.
