Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter and Besti until fluffy.
- Add the eggs, cream, and vanilla, and mix well.
- Incorporate the almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt until the batter is thick.
- For the streusel, mix the almond flour, Besti Brown, cinnamon, and sea salt in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter and vanilla, then add to the dry mixture until crumbly.
- Spread half of the batter into the baking dish, top with half of the streusel, and dollop the remaining batter over it.
- Spread the remaining batter and top with the rest of the streusel.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the streusel is golden, then tent with foil and bake for another 20-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the icing, whisk together the powdered sweetener and heavy cream.
- Let the cake cool for at least 20 minutes before drizzling with icing.
