Instructions
- Cut the feta into small cubes, wiping the knife clean between cuts.
- Arrange the feta, olives, and oregano leaves in a bowl or on a platter.
- Zest one lemon and peel the other, slicing the peel into thin wisps.
- Sprinkle the lemon peel across the platter.
- Drizzle with olive oil, add freshly ground black pepper, and squeeze some lemon juice over the top.
