Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, green bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss to combine.
- Top with feta cheese and season with additional salt, pepper, and oregano as desired.
