Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 medium Red Onion
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Oregano

The dressing

  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with Kalamata olives and feta cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle fresh oregano on top and serve immediately.
