Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a jar and shaking well.
- Slice the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds if desired, then dice it.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, green bell pepper, sliced tomatoes, diced onion, sliced olives, and chopped dill.
- Pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables and toss well to combine.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top and season with additional salt if needed, then serve immediately.
