The salad

Instructions
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a large bowl until emulsified.
- Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped cucumber, sliced bell pepper, sliced onion, and tomatoes to the dressing and toss to coat.
- Gently toss in the torn Kalamata olives and slabs of feta.
