Instant Pot Baby Potatoes

Instructions
- Add water to the inner pot of the pressure cooker and set a steamer basket inside.
- Scrub and rinse the potatoes, then place them in the steamer basket.
- Seal the pot lid and set the steam release knob to Sealing.
- Select Pressure Cook/Manual and set the timer for 12 minutes on high pressure.
- When cooking is complete, perform a Quick Release by turning the steam release knob to Venting.
- Once the pressure is released, carefully remove the steamer basket with the potatoes.
- Empty and dry the inner pot, then return it and set to Sauté mode.
- Add olive oil and butter to the hot pot, then add the cooked potatoes and let them brown slightly.
- Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix and garlic powder over the potatoes and stir to coat.
- Turn off Sauté mode and transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl, drizzling with any remaining butter/oil.
- Serve immediately.
