Instructions
- Scrub and rinse the potatoes under cold water.
- Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add a cup of water.
- Put the potatoes on top of the trivet.
- Lock the lid and set the timer to 10 minutes at high pressure.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for about 10 minutes, then use quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Remove the lid and transfer the potatoes to a serving dish.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
