Instant Pot Syracuse Salt Potatoes

Instructions
- Add salt to the pressure cooker pot and stir in 2 cups of water to dissolve the salt.
- Add the potatoes to the pot.
- Pour in the remaining water.
- Close the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Select the Pressure Cooker/Manual button and set the time to 8 minutes for baby potatoes or 9 minutes for larger ones.
- After cooking, perform a Quick Release by turning the steam release knob to the Venting position.
- Once the pin drops, open the lid and transfer the potatoes to a paper-lined plate to drain and dry.
- Melt the butter and serve it with the potatoes for dipping or pour it over them.
