Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2. Melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl until just melted.
- 3. Stir in the sugar and salt, and let it cool slightly if warm.
- 4. Add the eggs and vanilla, breaking the yolks and stirring until blended.
- 5. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips, folding until just combined.
- 6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven until barely set, about 40-46 minutes.
- 8. Let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
