Homemade Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare a 9" x 13" or 8" x 8" baking pan with oil spray and parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave, stirring frequently until smooth.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and gently fold in the flour and cocoa powder.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, slice, and serve.
