Ingredients

  • 8 ounce unsalted butter
  • 4 ounce semi sweet chocolate, cut in chunks
  • 4 units eggs
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare a 9" x 13" or 8" x 8" baking pan with oil spray and parchment paper.
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave, stirring frequently until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and gently fold in the flour and cocoa powder.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool, slice, and serve.
