Instructions
- Soak the thinly sliced red onion in salted water for 10-15 minutes to remove bitterness.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Slice the nectarines and cucumbers and arrange them in a bowl or platter over optional greens.
- Rinse and drain the onions, scatter them over the salad, and top with basil leaves and goat cheese.
- Spoon the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with optional Urfa Biber.
- Serve immediately or over tender greens.
