Nectarine Salad

Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, orange juice, ginger, salt (if using), and black pepper to make the vinaigrette.
- Drizzle half of the vinaigrette over the nectarine wedges in a bowl and set aside the rest for the salad.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the nectarine wedges until golden, about 8 minutes per side.
- Prepare the salad by placing the baby lettuce blend on a platter and topping it with mint, radishes, and almonds.
- Arrange the grilled nectarines on the salad and drizzle with the remaining vinaigrette before serving.
