Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a 10-inch springform pan.
- Pulse the Oreos into crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and sprinkle chopped Snickers on top.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add sour cream and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently, then divide the batter in half.
- Mix peanut butter into one half and melted chocolate into the other half.
- Layer the batters over the crust and swirl them together.
- Prepare a water bath and bake for 55-70 minutes until mostly set.
- Let the cheesecake cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Remove from the pan, top with caramel, Snickers, and peanuts, then serve.
