Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13-inch pan with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
- Mix Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Incorporate sour cream, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Snickers bars and spread the mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and bake for 30 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Cut into squares and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
