Instructions
- 1. Activate the yeast by sprinkling it over warm milk and honey, and let it sit until foamy.
- 2. Stir in the eggs, pineapple juice, melted butter, salt, and remaining honey into the yeast mixture.
- 3. Gradually add flour, ½ cup at a time, until the dough comes together.
- 4. Knead the dough for 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic, then let it rise in an oiled bowl until doubled in size.
- 5. Punch down the dough and turn it out onto a floured surface.
- 6. Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces and shape them into balls.
- 7. Place the balls in prepared pans and let them rise until almost doubled.
- 8. Preheat the oven and brush the rolls with egg wash before baking until golden brown.
