Samoan Coconut Bread Rolls

Instructions
- Activate the yeast by combining warm water and yeast, letting it sit until dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, combine coconut milk, butter, sugar, and salt; microwave until melted.
- Whisk in the egg and powdered milk into the melted mixture.
- Combine the wet mixture with the yeast mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8 to 12 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, divide it into 12 pieces, and shape them into balls.
- Arrange the balls in a greased baking dish and let them rise again.
- Preheat the oven and add remaining coconut milk to the pan, brushing the tops with it and sprinkling with sugar.
- Bake until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
- Cool before serving.
