Instructions
- Trim off the cap and stem end of the lady's fingers and slice them diagonally.
- Heat a wok and add cooking oil, then stir-fry the minced garlic.
- Add the sambal and shrimp to the wok and stir-fry.
- Add the lady's fingers and water, stir-fry until they are slightly sticky and cooked, then stir in the sliced chilies.
- Dish out and serve hot.
