Instructions
- Rinse the asparagus and trim the tough ends, then slice the stems in half and cut into 2-inch lengths.
- Heat oil in a wok and add sambal, stirring until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and stir to coat them with sambal.
- Add asparagus, fish sauce, sugar, and water, then stir-fry until asparagus is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
