Shrimp Asparagus Stir Fry

asparagus, tough ends removed, cut into 1½-inch pieces

Instructions
- Thaw shrimp in cold water, drain and pat dry.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté shallot until tender, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add asparagus, stir frequently, and season with salt and pepper for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add shrimp to the middle of the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until shrimp is cooked through.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture, toss, and cover the pan for 1-2 minutes until asparagus is tender.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and lemon to taste.
- Stir in fresh basil ribbons before serving and divide among bowls.
