Sautéed Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • to taste none freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the asparagus, salt, and several grinds of pepper.
  3. Sauté while stirring often for 3 to 6 minutes until tender.
  4. Remove from heat and toss with lemon juice.
  5. Season to taste and serve.
