Instructions
- Marinate the tilapia fillets in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper for at least an hour.
- Preheat the grill on medium-high heat and lightly coat it with oil.
- Grill the tilapia fillets for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until they are opaque and flake easily.
- Brush the tortillas with oil and grill them for about 20 seconds.
- Fill the warm tortillas with the grilled tilapia, add 2 tablespoons of peach mango salsa, and top with cilantro.
