Pecan Snowball Cookies

Instructions
- Chop the pecans in a food processor until finely and coarsely chopped.
- Cream the butter and vanilla together.
- Mix in the flour, powdered sugar, salt, and pecans until a smooth dough forms.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheets.
- Roll the chilled dough into 28-30 balls.
- Bake the cookies for 9-12 minutes until set and lightly browned.
- Cool the cookies before rolling them in powdered sugar.
