Instructions
- Combine apricots, cranberries, and orange zest in a food processor and pulse until chopped.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over very low heat.
- Drizzle a heaping teaspoon of melted chocolate over each fruit ball.
- Allow the chocolate to harden, refrigerating if necessary.
- Serve the truffles.
