Instructions
- Pulse chocolate and cranberries in a food processor.
- Add salt and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse gravel.
- Incorporate coconut oil, coconut butter, and stevia into the mixture.
- Scoop a scant tablespoon of the mixture into a paper-lined mini muffin pan.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours to set before serving.
