Ingredients

  • ounces chocolate chips
  • cup dried cranberries
  • teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup coconut butter
  • 7 drops vanilla stevia

Instructions

  1. Pulse chocolate and cranberries in a food processor.
  2. Add salt and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse gravel.
  3. Incorporate coconut oil, coconut butter, and stevia into the mixture.
  4. Scoop a scant tablespoon of the mixture into a paper-lined mini muffin pan.
  5. Refrigerate for 3 hours to set before serving.
