Instructions
- Chop the garlic and jalapenos in a food processor.
- Add parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, cayenne, cardamom, sugar, salt, and lime juice, and pulse to combine.
- With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil while scraping down the sides to achieve a smooth but slightly chunky sauce.
- Taste and adjust salt and seasonings, adding more cayenne if desired.
