Instructions
- Process the garlic in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add cilantro, jalapeños, salt, cardamom, cumin, and red pepper flakes to the processor and blend until finely chopped.
- While blending, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and continue until mostly smooth.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding jalapeño seeds or red pepper flakes if desired, and blend again.
- Let the sauce chill in the fridge for an hour to allow flavors to mellow.
