Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, milk, beaten egg, and melted butter, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, reserving about ½ cup of the batter.
- Mix cocoa powder with the reserved batter and swirl it into the loaf batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
