Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

- Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the melted chocolate, then add the brandy and coffee, mixing to combine.
- Add the flour mixture and stir until just absorbed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, ensuring it does not overflow.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely in the pan before removing.
