Instructions
- Prep the vegetables by chopping the onion, garlic, ginger, celery, bell pepper, and cabbage.
- Brown the ground meat with onion and salt in a pot.
- Add garlic, ginger, chili flakes, and black pepper, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Incorporate the bell pepper, celery, and cabbage, then add the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes until the cabbage softens.
- Season the soup with rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and adjust flavors with sriracha if desired.
- Garnish with scallions or cilantro, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.
