Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups fresh cilantro
  • 2 medium jalapeños
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • cup grated Cotija or Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  3. Taste the sauce and adjust flavor as needed by adding olive oil, jalapeño seeds, or lime juice.
  4. Store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
