Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Blend until the cilantro is finely chopped and the sauce is mostly smooth.
- Taste the sauce and adjust flavor as needed by adding olive oil, jalapeño seeds, or lime juice.
- Store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
