Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a small blender until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more lime juice, aji amarillo, sweetener, or salt as desired.
- Add more water if a thinner consistency is preferred.
- Enjoy immediately or chill for 1 hour to thicken.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
